i know what you mean and imagined. In fact i also have a similar composed image bu t honestly it doesn't work so well for 2 reasons. first the rocks on the FG are too separated from each other and second the top left side would be empty. This was shot at 24 mm and even its wide is not so wide to distort the reality of the scene.

I think had you moved a few feet to the right and composed with the two foreground rocks on the left of the photo, and the peak to the right of the photo this image would be stronger. I love the sharpness and clarity of the photo. The exposure is perfect
